Sheet metal fabricación is the process of forming and producing parts from a metal sheet. Sheet metal fabricación processes produce highly durable components well-suited for both funcciónal prototypes and end-use producción. El proceso generalmente incluye 4 pasos: corte, conformado, ensamblaje y tratamiento de la superficie.

-Proceso de corte

We offer various cutting opcións with thickness ranged from 1mm to 150mm, this includes oxygen cutting with a maximum thickness capacity of 150mm for carbon steel. We also offer plasma cutting, laser cutting, water jet cutting, wire cutting, shearing, and/or die-cutting, we may also use punching for holes. Laser cutting is the preferred opción for cutting sheets, it’s speed and precision guarantees spectacular results. With thicker materials, plasma cutting may be favorable for it’s speed. This method is normally used when the material thickness is over 10mm.

-Proceso de formación

-Montaje

For sheet metal fabricación, the main process of assembling is welding. Fixtures need to be pre-designed and made to ensure a product with no distorción after welding. Some areas require milling after assembling. A set of test gauges are pre-developed for quality inspección,ensuring the complete funcciónality of the product.

-Tratamiento de superficies

The normal surface treatment process for sheet metal fabricación products include electrophoresis (KTL), powder coating, painting, and zinc plating. For large products like chassis, painting is widely used whereas for middle size parts, the KTL process is preferred. 

Para todos los tratamientos de superficies, ofrecemos pruebas de adherencia, espesor y niebla salina del revestimiento u otras pruebas que se pueden realizar a pedido.

El anodizado está disponible con materiales de aluminio.

Prensa hidráulica de 1200 toneladas, máquina de estampado de 800 toneladas, espesor de corte de material de hasta 150 mm para corte con oxígeno, 60 mm para corte por plasma y 25 mm para corte por láser. Tamaño máximo de la pieza: 2,000 * 1,500 mm

-Other specificacións

Capable in designing and developing necessary tools for sheet metal fabricación including forming dies, fixtures for welding, and test gauges for mass producción QC. CMM is available for sample dimensional inspección. Surface treatment includes KTL, powder coating, painting (Walspar), and zinc plating. PPAP documents are available upon request.
